Traditional Kanchipuram handwoven saree in pure silk and pure zari. The body is in dark maroon shot magenta, with stylised iruthalai pakshi motifs in gold zari all over. The border has a traditional design in gold zari with a green shot pink selvedge. The pink pallu has a traditional design in geometric patterns in gold zari flanked by columns of elephant motifs. The pink blouse has a gold zari border matching the pallu.
