A beautiful Kanjivaram silk ideal for special occassions. Has an orange shot in red coloured silk yarn, handwoven in a self jacquard pattern all over the body. The highlight of the saree is the peacock-in-a-chakram gold zari motif enclosed within a self checked box pattern, which runs across the body of the saree. The gold zari is enhanced further by the reddish orange background colour of the body.
The border in red, shot with mustard yellow, features a twill, parrot, elephant, mango and geometric patterns in gold zari, along with a green selvedge. The pallu in red features a checkered pattern enclosing peacock and chakram edged by bands of twill patterns woven in gold zari.
