Kanchipuram Silk Saree - Handwoven Pure Silk - Pure Zari - PV SRI 3617

A traditional handwoven Kanchipuram saree woven in pure silk and pure zari. The body is in pastel mauve with floral and stylised paisley motifs in silver zari all over the body. The bottom border is three tiered, with a middle band of banarasi style gold zari flanked by bands of traditional hamsa and rudraksha motifs in gold zari. The top border is short, with a traditional hamsa and rudraksha motif design in gold zari. The grand pallu has a central column of banarasi style gold zari flanked by columns of hamsa motifs in gold zari. The attached blouse has a zari arm band matching the bottom border of the sari.
