A traditional handwoven Kanchipuram saree woven in pure silk and pure zari. The body is in red with gold zari butties all over the body within silk thread checks. The green korvai border has a twin band of chevron design gold zari flanking a central band of green silk thread work in arai maadam desgin. The korvai pallu has a rich gold zari design with geometric patterns in floral and chevron designs and an attached green blouse with an arm band matching the sari border.
