A traditional handwoven Kanchipuram saree woven in pure silk and and pure zari tissue. The body is in dark purple with large floral motifs in gold zari. The korvai borders are in ananda blue, with a inner band of paisley motifs in gold zari and and outer band of diamond design gold zari. The korvai pallu is also in ananda blue with a central column of diamond designs flanked by columns of paisley motifs in gold zari. The attached blouse is in ananda blue with a zari arm band matching the sari border.
