A traditional handwoven Kanchipuram saree woven in pure silk and pure zari. The body is in chilli red with fine gold zari checks all over the body. The self border has kodi visiri kamalam motifs and annapakshi motifs in gold zari on a band of banarasi style gold zari and pavun motifs while the pallu has rich gold zari work in a geometric pattern flanked by kodivisiri kamalam motifs. The attached blouse in red has a gold zari arm band matching the border design.
