A traditional handwoven Kanchipuram saree woven in pure silk and pure zari. The body is in yellow with stylised paisley motifs enclosing peacocks in gold zari and a contrast purple and pink border with an inner band of zari having chakram and ganda berunda motifs in gold zari and an outer band of diamond motifs in gold zari and a purple selvedge. The korvai pallu in pink has a central column of geometric patterns and flanked by columns of chakram and ganda berunda motifs in gold zari. The pink blouse has a zari arm band matching the sari border.
