Kanchipuram Silk Saree - Handwoven Pure Silk - Pure Zari - PV G 4027

A traditional handwoven kanchipuram saree woven in pure silk and pure zari. The body is in pink with jacquard work in paisley pattern using pink shot orange silk thread all over the body and large peacock motifs in a paisley outline in gold zari all over the body. The magenta border has a mustard selvedge and has a zari band having rectangular segments alternating in chevron and benares style designs, helmed by traditional paisley chain motif. The magenta pallu has rich gold zari work, with a central column of geometric patterns flanked by columns of peacock, unicorn and yazhi motifs in gold zari. The blouse is in magenta with an arm band  matching the border of the sari.
