A traditional design kanchipuram saree, handwoven in pure mulberry silk and embellished in pure gold zari. The body of the sari is in purple with zari checks enclosing traditional motifs in gold zari. The korvai border and pallu are in a contrasting red, with traditional designs in gold zari and the red pallu has rich gold zari work with geometric patterns. The attached blouse in red has an arm band matching the sari border.
