A traditional handwoven vaira oosi Kanchipuram saree woven in pure silk and pure zari. The body is in elaichi green with vaira oosi gold zari vertical stripes (fine zari stripes) and large twin peacock motifs in gold zari all over the sari. The korvai border and pallu are in a contrasting, dark purple,with the border having exquisite gold zari work in traditional designs and the pallu having geometric patterns in gold zari. The purple blouse has an arm band matching the sari's border.
