A traditional handwoven Kanchipuram saree woven in pure silk and pure zari. The body is in kumkum red, with red shot orange jacquard silk thread work in paisley motifs all over the body. The border is in red with a band of gold zari with a red shot green selvedge while the pallu has rich gold zari work with a central column of banarasi style zari flanked by columns of annapakshi and elephant motifs in gold zari. The blouse is in red shot green with a zari armband matching the sari border.
