This Kanjivaram silk sari in deep blue is handwoven using pure silk yarn with a "iruthalaipakshi" motif in gold zari across the body. The pallu, woven in red shot with orange, is joined to the saree using the "benith" technique. The pallu features checks enclosing geometric and chevron patterns edged by miniature temple motif.
