A traditional handwoven kanjivaram in an orange shot with red body and black border with gold zari. The body has square checks formed by horizontal and vertical bands of gold zari. The bands are formed with five thin strips of gold zari intersecting to form the squares. The pallu has rich gold zari work and the korvai border is in black with gold zari silhoutte forming a temple border pattern.
